1925 issue of the Yale themed cover, Judge Magazine. Great cover illustration of two Art Deco era Yale fans. The colors on the cover are still vibrant. The interior is in good condition, with some very faint damp staining on the bottom of some pages, although it does not detract from the overall appeal and design. 32 pages including many humorous articles, great period advertisements and many hand drawn illustrations. Judge was a weekly magazine published in the United States from 1881 to 1947. The design of the cover illustration, Rea Irvin, was a well known illustrator in his day and was one of the original creators of the New Yorker magazine, creating their iconic cover character that appeared on the first issue and is still used to this day, and he created their original type font for the cover. A historic magazine.
