Columbia v. Penn Football Program 1926. 56 pages. The program was folder top to bottom at one time so there is a barely visible crease, otherwise in very good condition. Fabulous cover illustration by Robert Foster shows a referee running down the field. Full page picture of George Champon Thayer ('27), the Penn Captain. Captain William Madden of Columbia is also pictured on a page. The remainder of the players are pictured throughout the program in action poses. The middle of the program features a 'Pictorial Section' of prior games and also has a full page picture of Louis Alonzo Young, the Penn Football Coach and a panoramic view of Franklin Field during a Penn State game. A great 1920s program.
