Princeton v. Yale Football Program 1929. 132 pages, measures 9 x 12 inches in size. Game played at Yale. Nice pictures of all players and many articles about football. Nice vintage period advertisements, especially the ones for high-end Gatsby era automobiles. One add announces the opening of the Ricker Hotel in Augusta, GA. Program is in very good condition. Fantastic art deco cover done by well known period artist Russell Patterson who was known for his depiction of "Top Hats and Flappers" and girl goddesses. Patterson was a graduate of the Art Institute of Chicago and did many cover illustrations for Life Magazine, The Saturday Evening Post, Vanity Fair and Vogue. What a beauty this one is, the colors on the cover are still vibrant.
