This 1946 program for the 52nd University of Pennsylvania Relay Carnival (better known as the Penn Relays), measures 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches. It is in good overall condition with very minor fraying to the spine. This program is 64 pages long and filled with information including past winners in all events in the previous 51 years and a complete listing of both high school and collegiate participants.
