Dartmouth by A. Ralph Steiner, 1922. Hardcover book in good condition, some wear to front lower boards not impacting the contents/photos inside. Printed by the Albertype Company, Brooklyn, New York. Foreword by Homer Eaton Keyes. 24 black and white images from the famous photographer depicting scenes at Dartmouth in the early 1920s, taken while Steiner was a member of the College Camera Club. Some include students walking on campus, an image of the football team taking the field and many depict winter scenes on campus.

Steiner's works have appeared in The New Yorker and the Ladies' Home Journal. He would go on to have a productive career in Hollywood as an avant-garde film maker. His photography is in the collections of the Art Institute of Chicago, The Getty Museum in Los Angeles and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
