Princeton v. Yale Football Program 1926 featuring one of the best cover illustrations of any college football program. The cover features the two teams mascots sporting band-aids and bruises sitting with leather helmets on. 56 pages, game played at Palmer Stadium, Princeton. Some scuffing to the cover and minor paper loss above the Yale bulldog. Black and white picture of players from both teams and coaches. Includes lots of old period advertisements from firms that are no longer in business such as the Investment firms of Eastman, Dillon & Co and Kelley, Drayton & Converse and Luke, Banks & Weeks. A nice advertisement for the "Homeric" cruise ship of the White Star Line which was about to sail the Mediterranean. John Gale Hun also has a full page ad for his ten year old "Hun School of Princeton." A nice article about the Princeton-Yale rivalry is also in the program and is written by the famous sports writer Grantland Rice. A real gem!
