Princeton v. Yale Football Program, 1973. 54 pages in very good condition, with only some minor surface soiling to to the cover. No pages missing or torn. Color is still very nice. The program contains pictures of players from both teams. This game, which was played at Princeton, was the 100th anniversary of Yale playing Princeton in football and this program celebrates the milestone. The program features highlights and details from the first game in 1873 up until 1927 including a synopsis of each game. Full of interesting tid-bits including the fact that the Princeton team "took the night boat for New Haven," to get the that first game in 1873 and each team had 20 players on the field at a time. The beautiful throwback style cover was done by M. Ramus.
Princeton v. Yale is one of the oldest rivalries in college football, dating back to 1873.
