Begins with a brief history of Cal Berkeley and includes early campus images from a time when the only buildings were North and South Hall. Another early pictures is of the "Twelve Apostles," the first graduates from the class of 1873. Other chapters look at student life, notable graduates (among them Earl Warren, Gregory Peck, and Rube Goldberg), distinguished faculty and more. Full of periods advertisements which gives it a real '60s feel.
