A 1903 scene of two young college girls playing golf and dressed in the colors of the University of Pennsylvania. One has on a striped UP sweater and the other a "P" blouse, above them is a Penn flag. The colors of the image are vibrant. Measures 6 inches x 4 inches. In good condition with some minor foxing and some small imperfections on the top left near the flag and bottom left near the copyright.

This was issued as a "premium" card in 1903. A common practice at the time was to give out various "cards" or little gifts to entice people to buy your product. Tobacco companies were famous for giving out miniature rugs or little "silks". Joseph Tetlow was a Philadelphia based manufacturer of perfumes and toilet powders. Their most famous products were the Gossamer and Swan Down powders. These cards were given out as premiums with a Gossmer purchase.

Tetlow cards are difficult to find.
