1917 UPenn Punch Bowl Mask and Wig Number - Byrd Epps Cover

Volume Eighteen, March 31, 1917, Number Seven. Published in Philadelphia. Contains cartoons, gags and many advertisements. Softcover, 40 page, staple bound magazine with stiff covers. Measures 10 1/2 X 8 1/2 inches and is in good condition, contents are loose from the cover. The fantastic cover illustration was done by Byrd Epps (UPenn '20) and he was the editor of the Punch Bowl. The illustration shows a young lass dancing in an enticing fashion in front of a very old man.
