Dartmouth Winter Carnival Outing Club 50th Anniversary Poster. Features images from prior posters including 1941, 1937, 1939, 1952, 1955, 1948, 1959 and many more. The Golden Anniversary was in 1958. Measures 22 inches x 35 inches in size. Very good condition. Officially named Winter Carnival, the annual event evolved into a legendary festival once dubbed the Mardi Gras of the North by National Geographic magazine. Our posters were purchased in bulk and come from the college and is not a reproduction. Would make a fabulous gift for the Dartmouth alum!
