Harvard Medical School Wedgwood tile 1908. Measures 4 3/4" by 3 3/8" and 1/4" thick. Has a glazed hole in the mold for hanging. Made for Jones, McDuffee and Stratton, Crockery china and Glass Merchants of 33 Franklin Street of Boston, Ma. The front of the tile depicts Harvard Medical School and says beneath it "Administration Building, one of Five Marble Buildings." The rear of the tile displays the full calendar for 1908. It is perfectly rectangular with a crisp shape.

It is in very nice condition with no cracks, staining, crazing or repairs. Wedgwood issued these tiles between the 1880s and 1920s.
