Harvard Tercentenary 1936. This large Wedgwood Porcelain bowl celebrates Harvard University's 300-year anniversary in 1936. It is punch-bowl-sized, measuring 5 1/2 inches tall, 12 1/2 inches across the top rim, and almost 6 1/2 inches across the foot. The three crimson and white murals are different scenes of the campus. Two are on the exterior and one is on the interior. There are two depictions of Harvard's shields on the outside as well - one with and one without chevrons. The interior has a thick border of foliage and fruits. The bowl is in very good condition and would make an impressive display piece or gift. Rare.
