University of Pennsylvania Eglomise Framed Painting

Very nice Eglomise designed University of Pennsylvania painting in good condition in a frame. Eglomisé painting was popularized in the 18th century in France and was named after the artisan who developed the technique of applying and blending paint directly on the reverse side of glass. Measures 14 5/8" across X 9 5/8" high - two tone wooden frame. Actual painting is 11 3/4" across X 6 5/8" high. Displays beautifully.
