Vintage Yale Wooden Fan

Vintage wooden fan made of paper with a Yale pennant on it. Very delicate and in excellent condition. When fanned out it measures 14 inches across and 8 inches top to bottom. The wood along the bottom and edges is lacquered and the bottom has a medal bracket which holds it in place. The front of the fan has a floral design and the rear has a subtle blue and white pattern. Visually stunning and rare. Difficult to date precisely, but these were popular at the turn of the 20th century.
